Each team should have three members. Participants must be 14 years or older.
For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian consent form is required.

Participation will be limited to the first 30 teams registered. The cost of entry is $30.00.

RULES:

1.		Each team should have a team name and costumes are encouraged! Please also remember that this is a family event!!!
2.		There will be a male and female division, with 3 people per team. Co-ed teams are allowed. Teams with two female members will compete in the female division and teams with two male members will compete in the male division.
3.		Each team member must have one hand on the fence until the whistle blows.
4.		Each team will get a maximum of 30 seconds to put the pig in the barrel.
5.		Contestants can only use their arms and hands on the pig. The pig's ears, eyes, legs, tail and snout are off-limits.
6.		Pig must go into the barrel TAIL first.
7.		ABSOLUTELY NO abuse or roughing pig the pig will be tolerated. Time will be stopped and the team will be disqualified if the judge feels that the pig is in trouble.
8.		ALL team members must be present at the ring at 7:00 pm for the meeting or forfeit.
9.		JUDGE'S DECISION IS FINAL!
10.		No refunds.
11.		Prizes will be: 1st- $150, 2nd- $100, 3rd- $75, 4th- $50 for each division, if there are 15 teams per division. All pre-registered teams will be entered in a drawing for a $50 prize, regardless of placing.
12.		Teams entered by August 1, 2012 have the opportunity to choose their spot in the line-up, on a first come, first serve basis.

The Crawford County Fair Board reserves the right to change any and all rules based on conditions (weather, team number, etc). Contestants will be informed of any rule changes at the Contestant meeting. Registrations will be accepted until Thursday, August 9th at 5:00 pm. Absolutely no entries after 5:00 pm.

Entry fee will be $30. To be eligible for preferred line-up, entries should be returned by August 1, 2012.
